The House of Chelsea B: Pushing The Boundaries of Crochet Fashion
Growing up on the vibrant south-side of Chicago, Illinois, creator Chelsea B always had a passion for art. It seemed only natural for her to pursue a career in the fashion industry.
Her journey into the world of design began at SCAD (The Savannah College of Art and Design), where she discovered her true calling in fiber arts and fashion. Combining her tactile skills with her love of color, Chelsea B created unique wearable pieces that captivated audiences. In May of 2019, she earned her B.F.A in surface design and textiles with a minor in fashion design.
Following her graduation, Chelsea B founded House of Chelsea B, her own studio practice where she merges streetwear fashion with the art of crochet in innovative ways. Through her studio, she has collaborated with various brands to create custom products and style for musicians and public figures.
