8. Limitation of Liability

Nubian Impulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your items. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for store credit issued as a Nubian Impulse E-Gift Card.

Eligible Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

• Returns must include your order number.

• Body products, cosmetics, swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, and final sale items cannot be returned.

• Items with stains (makeup, deodorant, fragrance, wear) or signs of damage are not eligible for return.

 

How to Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend USPS Flat Rate Shipping with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after returned items are received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked ending in .96, .97, or .98 are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Nubian Impulse reserves the right to limit or refuse returns suspected to be excessive, fraudulent, or indicative of “wardrobing.”
